Weaver, Dalton & Associates

I’ve come up with three different video packages at varying prices. I’ll do my best to explain the differences and also give visual references.

$5000 Project

This would include two interviews. One with Mark and the other with Erick. I see this story going back and forth between the two gentlemen. Mark can address how he grew the company and emphasize how important relationships are to the business. Erick could tell about how he got involved with Mark. Both could talk about the other’s strengths and character. I would love the find some humorous stories as well.

This would be a two day shoot, and I would cover all of the work. I would set up a small space on site and light it well so to be sure both men have a good look.

We would also create some b-roll of both Mark and Erick working with clients.

This budget will also cover music licensing for each video.

$10,000 Project

This increased budget will allow me to hire a gaffer and grip. This will improve the lighting quality of all of the above. This also allows for rental of better lights. My personal lighting package is small and has its limitations.

Having a gaffer also saves time on setups. With the extra time, I would get more opportunities to get more varying types of b-roll. This would improve the visual diversity of the overall story.

I would also suggest doing the interviews at a different location. Giving Mark and Erick a different look for their interviews. These separate looks give a sense of differing personalities. They are on the same team, but have their own unique characteristics.

Here’s an example of an interview with b-roll video shot in a home. The lighting on the project was improved by the hiring of a gaffer.

$15,000 Project

With an increased budget this allows me to hire more crew. This raises the overall look and quality of the project. The best way to describe the aesthetic is more cinematic. We can move faster and get more things done in a shorter amount of time.

Moving faster would allow for more creative b-roll. We can start with following both Mark and Erick through their day. I think this will give the audience a better sense of who these guys are.

I can see them not only meeting with clients, but getting up early and heading out for the day. Interacting with the team at the office and ending with them leaving the office for the day.

The video below is a great example of this. I spent three days on this project and the difference shows.

Example of a day in the life of business owners.

As I tell all of my clients, production is scalable when it comes to budget. I've really tried my best to keep the costs as low as possible for the amount of work that is needed to create quality videos. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for considering me for this project.
